Amazing service. Highly recommend

Team was quick, efficient and polite.

Next Step Moving and Storage is by far the BEST moving company I have ever worked with. They are affordable, attentive, and care deeply about their customers. Matt & Corey were outstanding as a two man team for our move. They were efficient, friendly, and gave attentive care to our valuables. I would 100% recommend Next Step Moving and Storage to anyone else.

Very punctual, easygoing, and very thorough movers! Went above and beyond to make sure I was settled in my new place with all my things.

Emmanuel and Angel were great, very careful with my items, loaded up a container with care and precision. Everyone on the phone were super helpful, an all-around five star experience, thank you!

Had an amazing experience with Carl, Giavonni and Adam with the Next Step Moving and Storage. They were responsive, prompt, professional and friendly! They handled all of our stuff with care. Kendel and Shawn from Next Step Moving and Storage were amazing—professional, efficient, and careful with everything. They made the whole move feel easy and stress-free. Would definitely recommend!

The crew that moved our home was better than I could hope for. They carefully wrapped and organized all our belonging and nothing was damaged. From the day we booked to the last item off the truck Next Step Moving and Storage was great! I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rahmir and Sincere, two movers from Next Step Moving and Storage, and I can confidently say they exceeded my expectations from start to finish. From the moment they arrived, they were punctual, professional, and ready to get to work. They handled all of my belongings with great care, taking the time to properly wrap and protect my items and ensuring everything was loaded securely. What really stood out was their positive attitude—they were friendly, respectful, and made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and manageable.Their teamwork was impressive! It was clear they were experienced and took pride in doing their job. I would absolutely recommend Next Step Moving and Storage—especially this crew—to anyone looking for reliable and professional movers.

Highly recommend Next Step Moving and Storage! We hired them to pack our 2 br apartment. From the quoting/estimate process to their crew actually showing up, they were very communicative and upfront. Alex and Tim arrived on time and got to work right away. They were friendly and made sure to confirm we didn’t need anything before packing it up. They handled all our items carefully and labeled all the boxes. We have a cat and they were very accommodating to her still being there while they packed things up. They were awesome! Thank you, Alex & Tim!

I had the best moving experience with Next Step Moving and Storage. The two men were hard workers, honest, friendly & without any issues. Several times they came to me & brought coins they had found!! I had to get my son’s belongings because he died unexpectedly. They also pointed out what items I should keep & what the cost was. They didn’t have to do that & I certainly wouldn’t have known, but they did! I cannot imagine going with another Moving Co after today!!

This is our second move with this company and once again they went above and beyond to make moving easy on us. The crew was different guys than before but the service was still good. All our furniture was padded, beds taken apart and put back together. The movers were outgoing and polite throughout. I hope we don't ever move again, but f we do we'll call Next Step Moving and Storage for sure. I already recommended them to my coworker.
